Fast delivery and arrived well packed. The item was as a replacement bathroom towel radiator. Already installed and will be useful when heating is back on.

EDIT: I have changed my review from a 1 star to 5 as they have since located me the items I require. At no additional cost to myself. Major improvement on the service I originally received.

My order 937060 was dealt with courteously and professionally.
I ordered goods on behalf of my mother who needs easy access to a shower due to ill health. I was concerned the anti slip shower tray had been held up but each email and phone call I made was dealt with quickly and all my questions answered.
It was as if my issues were as important to the support staff as it was to me.

Quality of the L shaped sink I bought was ok, does appear to scratch easily and isn't perfectly level. I wasn't happy with the first sink I received so heat and plumb quickly replaced it with another one which wasn't perfect but much better. I think the quality is what you pay for but the customer service was very good.
